South Africa NPO Sectoral Risk Assessment

#SouthAfrica NPO Risk Assessment Workshop starts today

Spanning over the course of two days, this online activity will provide a valuable platform for participants to finetune South Africa’s NPO Risk Assessment, while fostering collaboration between representatives from several African countries.
This comes a month after our very successful NPO Regional Consultations held in Cape Town in XXX (for more details, watch this video)
Today, participants are taking part in a stimulating exchange between South African, Kenyan, and Mozambican authorities, focusing on the Sectoral NPO RA. By engaging in this continent-wide dialogue, South African authorities will gain valuable knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the current landscape in other countries within the region.

As for the second day, the EU Global Facility experts will focus on the progress made in implementing the RA, specifically within the South African context. The day will be dedicated to working closely with the SA technical group, reviewing their achievements thus far and charting the course for future engagement.
Ultimately, this risk assessment aims to foster a secure and resilient environment for non-profit organisations in South Africa.
